Rachael - English sex therapist in Toulouse and online

Hi, I'm Rachael. I'm a certified sex therapist, trained in sexology, counselling and emotional support.

I offer therapeutic support in French or English, in Toulouse or online. (I'm a British native, partly grew up in the U.S. and I've been living in France for 17 years)

I help individuals and couples to rediscover a sexuality that is peaceful, alive and in line with who they are.

My approach is non-judgemental and tailored to each individual, not just the couple. Whether it's a problem with desire, pain or erectile difficulties, or simply a wish to get to know oneself better.

A practice rooted in real life

My therapeutic approach draws on tools from sexology, emotional intelligence, body awareness and intimate communication. It adapts to you, to your pace, and to what you're going through.

But my work also goes beyond the sessions. I'm the founder of Sex Untold, an awareness-raising project about desire, intimacy and sexual empowerment. It's a space where I share resources, stories and tools - to break down taboos, normalise intimate issues, and open up the field of possibilities around pleasure and self-knowledge.

I'm also behind EDGE, an innovative sexual and emotional support project dedicated to men, via a confidential application. EDGE was born out of years of listening to men: many men don't dare talk about their difficulties, doubts or fantasies. I wanted to create a discreet, intelligent and humane space to enable them to do so in a different way.
